Envirun 5K
I ran the Envirun 5k at Whirpool State Park on April 18th. It is a beautiful park just downstream from Niagara Falls. It was a nice, small 5k with a live band and lots of food!
I didn't quite get the time I was hoping for but I was happy with it given the fact that it was a hilly course and I hadn't been training much.
